But according to new rules both exams are canceled and the admission to AIIMS and JIPMER medical colleges will also happen through NEET.

The eligibility criteria for the NEET 2021 as per the NTA are as follow. The NEET aspirant candidates are advised to check the criteria before applying for the exam. Those who stand perfect in the following parameters can apply and appear in the NEET exam.

The candidate should be above the age of 17 years by December 31, 2021. There is no upper limit of age to apply for the NEET exam.
The NEET aspirant candidate must have cleared or are appearing in the exam for Class 12 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as a mandatory subject from the authorized board.
Those candidates who have passed the class 12 and equivalent exam having Biology as additional subjects can also apply for this exam.
The process for NEET 2021 admission begins with the filling of the admission form, modifying the form (If any), get the admit card, appear in the exam, get the result, appear for the counseling, fill the choice for the medical colleges, and in the last report to the allocated medical institute for the final admission.

The application form for the NEET entrance exam is expected to be available by the first or second week of April 2021 and the deadline for submitting the application form is expected to be the fourth week of April 2021. The application process will be online but those who are residents of Kashmir, Leh, and Kargil might be allowed to send the application form offline. The NEET aspirant candidates need to fill the application form before the deadline in order to appear in the entrance test exam.

The mode for paying the application fees is online. Candidates can pay using a debit card, credit card, UPI, Net banking, or E-challan.
The activation date for the correction window of the NEET exam is expected to be the last week of April or the 1 week of May. With this correction window, the candidate will get the option to make corrections in their application form, if any.
The admit care for the NEET entrance exam is expected to release by the first week of July. Candidates can download their admit card from the official NTA website by logging into their registered account.
After downloading the admit card, take the color printout of the admit card. Paste the colour recent picture of the candidate in the provided space. There might be a need for a self-attested admit card in order to appear in the exam.
NTA has announced the Exam date for NEET 2021 to be 1 August 2021. The exam for the NEET entrance test will be conducted on 1 August 2021 in an offline mode.
The duration for the exam will be three hours and there will be a total of 180 objective type questions, 45 from physics, 45 from chemistry, and 90 from biology (Botany and Zoology).

The result for the NEET 2021 is expected to be announced by the last week of August, 2021. Candidates can download their scorecard from the official website by entering their roll number or logging into the registered account.
