      Start The Registration

      MBBS aspirants must first fill the application form and submit all the required documents. The NMU admission committee will review and issue an admission letter if the student is eligible.

      Submit Fees

      Upon receiving the admission letter, the candidate must deposit the admission fee within 7 days. The fee is non-refundable, and the candidate must submit the fees only after going through every detail.

      Get VISA Application

      Once the fee is submitted, the student will receive a confirmation message. Next, NMU will issue an invitation letter along with Visa Application Form(JW202)

      Get Your Visa

      Upon receiving the JW202, the candidate must apply for a VISA at the respective Chinese embassy in your region. Once all paperwork is complete, the candidate will receive the VISA within 10-15 days.

      Fly to China

    Eligibility Criteria: Nanjing Medical University

     

    To enroll for the 6-year MBBS program at Nanjing, a candidate must fulfill the following criteria:

    Admission Intake: Nanjing Medical University

    NMU accepts new admissions twice a year. Candidates can apply for either summer intakes or winter intakes. 

     

    The application process for summer intakes starts in June. The invitation letter is used within one month. As the number of applicants during summer intakes is large, students should complete the registration (application) process at the earliest. 

     

    If for some reason, students fail to make the list of accepted candidates in summer batches, they can apply for winter intakes as well. The admission process for winter intakes starts in the month of August -September.

    MBBS Duration at Nanjing Medical University

     

    NMU offers a 6-year MBBS program that includes 1 year of mandatory internship. The University has adopted a semester system. The MBBS course has 10 semesters or 5 academic sessions. Here’s a brief overview of the MBBS course curriculum:

    First Year: Subjects taught during the first year include Anatomy, Embryology, Histology, & Embryology.

    Second Year: During the second year, students learn about a wide range of clinical and allied subjects such as Histology, general pathology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Micro-Biology, Cell Biology, Cytobiology, Physiology, Anatomy, and more. 

    Third year: The third-year covers Pathology, Genetics, Pathophysiology, Pharmacology, Pathophysiology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, and Principles of Clinical Medicine.

    Fourth & Fifth Year: The final two years cover a wide range of topics including Primary Care Medicine, Oncology, Neurology and Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal medicine, Psychology, General Surgery, ENT, Emergency Medicine, and Cardiology.

    Sixth Year (Internship): Students must undergo an internship after they have completed the 5 Academic years. The internship is for one year. Students are assessed regularly during semesters as well as the end of the academic session. Results are declared before the beginning of the new academic session.
